Join us on 7 March 2026 for an unforgettable day of fitness, flavour, and fun as we celebrate the opening of Lara’s Bistro at the Van Loveren Worcester Tasting Room. Presented in collaboration with Lara’s Coffee, Van Loveren Worcester, and The Gym Worcester, WINE-ROX brings together a morning Hybrid Fitness event hosted by The Gym, followed by live music from Dani Villé, kids’ entertainment including a water slide, and a relaxed day of great food, wine, and coffee to enjoy throughout the event.
RUN, LIFT, SWEAT, REPEAT…
The morning kicks off with the WINE-ROX Hybrid Fitness Event — a fast-paced, team-based challenge designed for all fitness levels. Teams of two will complete 8 × 500 m laps, with a functional training station between each run. At every station, athletes work in an “I go, you go” format, keeping both teammates engaged throughout the race. All movements are simple and non-technical, focusing on effective, functional fitness rather than complex skills. Divisions include Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Teams. Due to space and time constraints, entries are limited. Entry fee is R200 per team and entries can be completed via Entry Ninja — simply scan the QR code or click the ENTER NOW button to secure your spot.

What to expect after the Hybrid Fitness Event
After you’ve crossed the finish line, the fun is just getting started. Join us as we celebrate the official opening of Lara’s Bistro at Van Loveren, Worcester — the perfect spot to relax, refuel, and soak up the Wine-Rox atmosphere.
Lara’s Bistro will be open from 7am to 5pm, serving delicious breakfast and lunch options, along with a bakery display filled with fresh pastries, croissants, and more. Lara’s famous coffee will of course be flowing all day, and if you’re in the mood for something cooler, enjoy iced coffees, milkshakes, and soft drinks.
For the adults, there’ll be beer on tap, refreshing mimosas, and a selection of Van Loveren wines to enjoy.
Live music will set the mood, with Danni Ville performing from 12pm to 3pm, creating the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed afternoon.
Families are well catered for, with kiddies entertainment throughout the day, a slippery slide (bring swimwear and towels!), and giant lawn games including giant Jenga, giant 4-in-a-row, and giant bean toss. A separate play area for younger kids will also be available.
The event is pet friendly, but please note that all pets must be on a leash at all times.
